- The work and artist's name will be published on the damodo website in order to make the work available for licensing. The individual works of the artist may be rated by other users; the ratings are visible to all users. The average rating of its works will be shown in the profile of an artist.
- 2. Contract issues
- In the event of issues regarding the contract performance (default in payment, PayPal© buyer protection policy, suspected copyright infringements) both parties (artist and customer) will be given the respective real name of the other party to the contract and the address that it provided to damodo.
Usage data
We collect and process your personal data to the extent that is necessary in order to allow the use of our Internet offering or to settle any kind of charges (usage data). In particular, these include features for your identification and data on the beginning and end and the scope of the use of our offering.
When pseudonyms are used, we have the right to create user profiles for the purposes of advertising and market research, and for tailoring our Internet offering to market requirements. You have the right to object to the use of your data. We are not allowed to match user profiles with data on the person behind the screen name / user name.
